Ms. Okoji is ERA’s President and  Senior Industrial Hygienist with over 19 years of experience in industrial hygiene, environmental planning, site characterization, exposure assessment, exposure modeling and risk assessment.  Ms. Okoji’s duties include SMA permitting, industrial hygiene projects (indoor air, indoor mold, health and safety consulting), environmental planning and permitting, hazardous materials surveys and abatements, toxicological assessments, risk assessments, air studies, public relations support, and Phase 1, 2 and 3 Assessments. Ms. Okoji has significant experience in working with public groups and individuals especially as they pertain to the explanation of technical and health related information to the public.
Dr. Okoji is responsible for technical accuracy and quality control. Dr. Okoji received his Ph.D. In Environmental Health Sciences from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and has over 24 years of environmental consulting experience. Dr. Okoji is human health toxicologist and is an industry leading expert in chemical and biological exposures including mold. Dr. Okoji has been designated an expert in chemical and mold exposures and provides litigation support for both small and large scale claims.
Vincent Yanagita B.S.
Principal Scientist
Mr. Yanagita is a Principal for Environmental Risk Analysis LLC (ERA).  As a key member of ERA, Mr. Yanagita is responsible for the management of a multitude of projects including, human and ecological risk assessments, environmental assessments, environmental compliance, and industrial hygiene projects. Mr. Yanagita has managed and provided technical support for the development of Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements.  He has also managed and implemented multiple environmental media sampling strategies including the collection soil, water, and air samples for analysis of chemical and biological concerns.

Kaiya Labasan B.S.
Environmental Scientist
Ms. Labasan is an environmental scientist specializing in fire impact assessments, water intrusion, mold and other hazardous materials assessments. She is a State of Hawaii certified Asbestos Building Inspector and Project Monitor. Her expertise extends to all aspects of environmental consulting including SMA permitting, Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments and air modeling. Ms. Labasan is a Project and Client Manager. She has provided support for large scale mold and fire projects including the Grand Hyatt in Lahaina. Lahaina Foodland and Old Lahaina Center.
Christopher Corpus B.S.
Environmental Scientist
Mr. Corpus has over 4 years of environmental consulting experience. He is a project and client manager providing support to both small and large clients. He is a fire impact assessment, water intrusion and mold specialist. He is a State of Hawaii certified Asbestos Building Inspector and Project Monitor.
Mack Hironaka B.A.
Environmental Scientist
Mr. Hironaka is state certified asbestos building inspector and Environmental Professional (EP). He has been the onsite environmental scientist of record for large scale environmental sites including the Honolulu Rail Project and the Honolulu Airport West expansion.
Lori Schmidt B.A.
Environmental Scientist
Ms. Schmidt is an environmental scientist specializing in SMA permitting, EA/EIS and Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments.
David Miyamoto P.E.
Principal Environmental Engineer
Mr. Miyamoto is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of consulting experience. At ERA, Mr. Miyamoto supports environmental remediation projects, cesspool conversions and environmental maintenance and monitoring. Mr. Miyamoto is a project and client manager overseeing large scales clients including Turtle Bay Resort, and James Campbell.
Milton Yoshimoto B.A.
Principal Federal Programs
Mr. Yoshimoto joins ERA as its Federal Programs Marketing Lead. He was previously a Program and Project Manager for Civil Works at the US Army Corp of Engineers Hawaii Division. Mr. Yoshimoto has over 30 years of program and project management experience. He has managed large scale project including the Ala Wai Harbor dredging project and the environmental impact assessment for a new breakwater in the CNMI.
